The E Corp. also owns a company called APTI, Arco Power Transmission, Inc. (Not related to Arco Oil), which is preparing to pour gigawatts of power into the ionosphere from the North Slope of Alaska.

Allegedly, this is an "experiment." But nobody knows what kind of experiment it may be. Whatever it is, a massive dose of energy is being flooded into a sensitive part of the natural environment, in total secrecy and with absolutely no external oversight or control of any kind.

This is an outrage against the welfare of the people by a secret government which has demonstrated its arrogant contempt for our country in uncounted ways, ranging from its promotion of far more classification than is really necessary to the construction of such travesties as the luxurious but highly secret new headquarters for the shadowy National Recconaissance Office.

More frighteningly, if something is ever developed that can affect the general state of mind or mood electronically, one of the means of distribution of such an energy might conceivably be through just such a method.

I call on the government to make its research into ELF and mind-affecting weapons public, to end the classification system as we know it and to make such organizations as the NSA and the NRO public agencies.
