The controversial Ray Santilli alien autopsy film, subject of much debate within the UFO community, finally aired on Fox television affiliates nationwide on Monday, August 28, 1995. The one-hour documentary, including interviews with Roswell witnesses and excerpts from the black and white documentary footage purchased by Ray Santilli from the alleged cameraman, Jack Barnett, was so popular that Fox aired the program a second time the following Monday, September 4, with additional autopsy footage included.
Opinions continue to be divided as to the authenticity of the film. Some believe that film shows scenes from an actual 1947 autopsy of an alien, while others believe the body is either that of a human suffering from a rare genetic disease or a dummy creat ed for the purpose of the film.
Even if genuine, the film's connection to Roswell is in question. Barnett claims to have been sent to a location west of Socorro, New Mexico in June, not July 1947, to film the autopsy. The location and time are at variance with accounts of the Roswell cr ash. One possibility is that the film might be linked to the alleged San Agustin crash of the same time period.
What remains unclear is if and when additional portions of the film will be made public, and whether or not Barnett will go public with his account. Efforts are allegedly being made to free Barnett from his secrecy oath so he would be free to discuss his experiences in detail publicly.
As for the government, no representative would appear on the TV program and denial remains the official position regarding Roswell and alien autopsies. Will an effort be made to debunk this film, or is this part of a gradual effort to release UFO informat ion? Stay tuned for more information in future issues as this story progresses.
On July 28, 1995 the General Accounting Office issued its long-awaited report on the Roswell Incident. The twenty-page report, requested by Rep. Steven Schiff (R-NM) to identify any government records relating to the Roswell crash, was unable to locate an y relevant documents in its search. Appended to the main report was a two-page letter relating to the authenticity of the MJ-12 documents which also came up empty-handed. Rep. Schiff praised the GAO's efforts, describing their work as "professional, consc ientious, and thorough."
Most significantly, an unsuccessful search was conducted for Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF) outgoing messages (from Oct. 1946 through Dec. 1949) and administrative records (from Mar. 1945 through Dec. 1949). In both instances, these records had been illega lly destroyed more than 40 years ago. As Rep. Schiff noted, "It is my understanding that these outgoing messages should never have been destroyed. The GAO could not identify who destroyed the messages or why." The document disposition did not indicate "wh at organization or person destroyed the records and when or under what authority the records were destroyed," according to the report.
A search for records related to Roswell from various government agencies was similarly unsuccessful. Agencies contracted included the Department of Defense; the Central Intelligence Agency; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the National Security Counci l; the Office of Science and Technology Policy, Executive Office of the President; and the Department of Energy. Other than a previously released FBI teletype relating to Roswell and a brief notation in 509th Bomb Group records referring to a "radar track ing device," no new documents relating to Roswell were uncovered in computer searches conducted by these agencies.
The search for documents reached a similar dead-end. The agencies contacted by the GAO were unable to locate any references to MJ-12 in their records. Surprisingly, a GAO source had informed UFO researchers at an early point in the investigation that a do cument referencing MJ-12 had been discovered at Wright-Patterson AFB. Why no mention of such a document was made in the GAO letter to Rep. Schiff is a matter of speculation.
Rep. Schiff held a news conference following release of the report to discuss its findings, but did not indicate what, if any, follow-up action might be taken. As the Forum goes to press, no further action to probe the illegal destruction of docume nts has been indicated. We will let you know as further developments take place concerning this critical issue.
MJ-12 or PI-40?
A number of recent accounts suggest that MJ-12 may have been given a new designation: PI-40. This wouldn't be too surprising given the need to maintain secrecy by continually changing designations. Rest assured that whatever its designation, a control gro up must necessarily exist to oversee government UFO/alien research. As has been said before, MJ-12 is MJ-12 by any other name.
More on Jarod
Readers will remember mention in a previous issue of the claims of an alleged insider, given the name Jarod, as reported in Glenn Campbell's Groom Lake Desert Rat. As a recap, Jarod claims to have worked on classified government contr acts over a number of years, including working to develop a training simulator for an alien replicated vehicle.
In fact, Jarod claims to have taken his pseudonym from the name given a gray EBE, who was supposedly working as a technical advisor at the Nevada Test Site assisting with simulator development. Jarod claims to have encountered the alien J arod on five or six different occasions!
Further elaborations of his claims include his view that the aliens have a special interest in the mineral boron, that two live aliens were recovered from the 1953 Kingman, AZ crash, and that the aliens communicate in a form of "higher Hungarian." Interes tingly, Jarod says that Bob Lazar's accounts of saucers he worked on at Area S4 ring true. Hopefully, further efforts will be made to determine if these outlandish claims have any basis in fact.
Laurance Rockefeller and the "Covert White House Initiative"
When President Clinton was vacationing recently in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, guess who hosted him at his ranch? If you guessed philanthropist Laurance Rockefeller, you would be right.
Besides an avid interest in environmentalism, Rockefeller has taken a strong interest in the struggle to end official UFO secrecy. It has been rumored that Rockefeller asked for and was denied a one-on-one meeting with the President to discuss UFO secrecy . Whether any meeting on this subject occurred in Jackson Hole is not known at this time.
It is known, though, that Rockefeller established contact (along with partner C. B. Scott Jones) with White House Science Advisor John Gibbons in 1993 to pursue a covert initiative to get to the bottom of the UFO cover-up. Word has it that Gibbons has bee n frustrated with the lack of progress he has made in obtaining UFO information and is bringing the initiative to a close. Hopefully, Rockefeller can use his influence and financial resources to open doors others have been unable to open.
Another NASA source comes forward
A Houston, Texas UFO newsletter has published an extraordinary account by a former NASA engineer (see the related Donna Tietze radio interview transcript in this issue) detailing his efforts to gain access to UFO photos kept in a secure repository at the Johnson Space Flight Center in Houston.
Writing in the newsletter Houston Sky, Industrial engineer Vito Saccheri claims that he arranged in 1979 to view photos showing UFOs and alien structures on the moon at the Johnson Space Flight Center. After getting a run-around, he received permis sion from CIA headquarters in Langley, VA to view photos located therein.
Saccheri describes seeing photos of structures on the moon, UFOs rising up from craters, and more. What most impressed him were transcripts of the Apollo moon missions he read, which indicated that transmissions referencing UFOs (bogeys) were switched fro m the astronauts' public line at Mission Control to a private line at (where else?) Langley, Virginia CIA headquarters.
Saccheri and Donna Tietze are only the latest NASA witnesses to attest to the existence of such pictures in NASA's possession, and he is one more source implicating the CIA in NASA's ongoing cover-up of UFO information.
(Editor's note: The following is excerpted from an e-mail interview I conducted with controversial former Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Special Agent Richard Doty over a two-week period in the Spring. Readers may recall that Sp ecial Agent Doty was heavily involved in the so-called Bennewitz Affair, was (is) an alleged member of the "aviary," and had an extraordinary meeting regarding UFOs with researcher Linda Howe at Kirtland AFB in 1983, discussed in more detail below. Doty g raciously agreed to answer questions I put to him regarding his knowledge of Roswell, the Holloman AFB landing, and other topics. He has given permission for his remarks to be printed in the Forum.)
On meeting Linda Howe in 1983:
Yes, Linda and I met in April 1983 at the OSI Office, KAFB, but, no, I didn't show her any Carter Briefing Documents. She showed me a document. I listened to Linda and then advised her of the official UFAF statement on UFOs. I maintained contact with Lind a for about two years, but I did not show her any official classified government documents.
On the Holloman AFB landing:
Regarding the landing of a UFO at Holloman AFB, NM on April 25, 1964, yes, it did happen. The only exchange that occurred was us giving back the six alien bodies. In an exchange of good will, the aliens provided us with several "items" of advanced technol ogy. No further comment on that. Yes, I have information that Mr. Emenegger was given access to the film, but I'm not sure why the government backed off on their offer to assist.
On the Roswell crash:
First of all, there were six aliens in the craft that crashed in Roswell in 1947. Five died and one lived for three years. That is fact! I've read the official report and that's stated in the report. An alien spacecraft crashed in the New Mexican desert i n July 1947. An alien was recovered and lived for three years. Five alien bodies were recovered. The same aliens returned in 1964 and all alien bodies were returned. To the best of my knowledge, these aliens have not returned.
Whitley [Strieber] also interviewed my uncle, a retired USAF Colonel, who was involved in the investigation of UFOs [Project Blue Book]. I told Whitley exactly the same information. I also told him that the government has thoroughly investigated abduction s and determined they were not real. I respect your opinions and others; however, you don't know what I know! I have had the access during my OSI career. I've seen the evidence and have actually collected the evidence.
On the Kecksburg, PA crash:
The Kecksburg 1965 incident was a crash of a then Soviet Satellite. That information is readily available at the National Archives. I know of no other alien crash known about by the U.S. government. There is more evidence that the Kecksburg incident was n ot a UFO incident. Interviews of state troopers recently revealed the troopers observed the writings on the object, which one stated was "Russian" writing. Russian writing could easily be confused with hieroglyphic.
On the Aztec and Kingman crashes:
The Aztec incident in '48 was a hoax. There was no crash nor was there any creditable evidence to support a crash. I know of no crash or alleged crash in or near Kingman in 1953.
On the UFO cover-up: Regarding the alleged cover-up, I don't know the government's reason. I am no longer employed by the government nor am I a spokesman for the government. I really don't know. As far as the government's alleged effort to hide information, there was a disinf ormation operation, but that is all I can say.

Stargate International is a research and education endeavor that has been established by Robert O. and Decilia Vindiola Dean to address and offer accurate and reliable information on extraterrestrial visitation and contact.
Many of you are familiar with the work of Robert Dean. Know also that he has dedicated his life to one singular goal: to bring to light the facts surrounding the UFO phenomenon and contact with extraterrestrial intelligence. Bob believes that this subject is probably the most important issue of our time, very likely the most important matter in the history of the human race.
Stargate's current project is the Congressional Hearing Grassroots Effort. The objective of this effort is to gain immunity for ex-military personnel to enable them to testify before Congress without fear of prosecution or of losing their pensions. The go al of this effort is to make UFO information and reality known to the public.
An interesting fact is that many U.S. government agencies have conducted independent studies, research, and investigations to ascertain whether or not the aliens and/or their vehicles pose a military danger to our armed forces or to the general public. No hostile actions by alien aircraft or their occupants could be cited. So, why are the citizens of our country being kept in the dark on the issue if national security is not at risk? Why has there been a conspiracy to withhold this information from the pu blic?
The Congressional Hearings are being called for to shed light on this and many more issues regarding UFOs and their occupants. We need your help in order for this effort to succeed. Stargate will be conducting e-mail, snail-mail, and telephone campaigns d irected towards your senators and members of Congress.
We at Stargate are calling for individual volunteers and organizations with an interest in this issue to join this grassroots effort. Your help in this endeavor will be greatly appreciated. Funding will also be needed in order to finance the overhead as w ell as other expenses Stargate has and will continue to incur. You can help with a phone call, a letter, an e-mail message to your congressional representative, or you can help with contributions.

Other enigmatic objects on the moon include straight-line rays, clouds, vapor, or smoke, and artificial appearing structures.
Described as consisting of a "white powdery soil," light colored rays go in straight lines connecting certain craters. What makes the rays most unusual is that they go over all kinds of landscapes--rilles, ridges, valleys, and mountains--without fluctuati ng. Moreover, the rays, if they were not continuously "powdered," would have been covered or dulled by accumulated dust and debris over the years. One plausible theory for the rays is that flying objects (dropping powder as they fly from crater to crater) would account for the re-powdering. This would not only explain how the rays have maintained their brightness, but also how the rays stay perfectly straight over all kinds of terrain. This phenomenon certainly needs to be investigated further.
If the rays are being caused by alien ships dropping powdery material as they travel from crater to crater, then one would logistically have to assume that some craters are entranceways into inhabited bases or settlements. In support of this theory, and t hat much of the moon could be hollow, David Childress states that when ascent stages of lunar modules and the spent third stages of rockets crashed onto the hard lunar surface, the moon, according to NASA, "rang like a gong or bell." On one of the Apollo 12 flights, adds Childress, "reverberations lasted from nearly an hour to as much as four hours." As for an explanation from the space agency, Childress states that "NASA is reluctant to suggest that the moon may actually be hollow, but can otherwise not explain this strange fact."
Also supporting the "hollow moon theory" was the late Dr. W. P. Williams, who was a member of the British Astronomical Association. He is said to have discovered a huge round hole inside the crater Cassini A. This hole is said to be "one and a half miles across," with an inside that is described as being "as smooth as glass with a deep pit or plughole." Fascinating!
Another anomalous presence seemingly emanating from the Moon's interior is smoke or vapor. According to Childress, "After Apollo 15, NASA experts were stunned when a cloud of water vapor more than 100 square miles in size was detected on the moon's surfac e." NASA believes, states Childress, that the vapor appears to come from the moon's interior. It has been suggested that the vapor was caused by astronaut tanks and urine dumped on the moon, but Childress believes that these would not be sufficient to pro duce the amount of vapor observed.
As for enigmatic objects (other than rays) on the moon's surface, probably the most convincing evidence offered by Childress for alien or human activity on the moon, is a picture taken by Lunar Orbiter 5. The picture (NASA VII, Gassandi 52, 4) shows two o bjects, one bigger than the other, casting shadows on, and leaving clearly visible trails on the surface. Rocks rolling down an incline? Highly unlikely.
Then there are the apparent artificial structures. In what is described as an "early moon photograph," a miniature crater's peak has at its summit "a piece of glass that glints like a diamond or a stickpin." Childress quotes a Dr. Thomas Gold, an astronom er and NASA scientist who, while having no explanation for the anomaly, said that "he had an idea which was too far out to mention." We understand your trepidation, Dr. Gold.
Childress also describes the contents of photos taken by the Soviet space probe Luna 9 in 1986, which appear to show "strange towering structures lined up rather than scattered randomly across the lunar surface." After examining photos of the objects, Dr. S. Ivanov, winner of the highly regarded Laureate State Prize, "calculated from the shadows cast by the spire-like structures that at least one was about 15 stories high." Ivanov also found that the structures "were spaced at regular intervals" and "were identical in measurement." He concluded that "there does not seem to be any height or elevation nearby from which the stones could have been rolled and scattered into this geometric form."
Proposal No. 1 requested authorization to prepare draft documents to determine the feasibility of incorporating ORTK as a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation, subject to the approval of the Board. Proposal No. 2 nominated Mark Smith to a seat on the ORTK B oard. both proposals have been approved and are being implemented.
Douglass: This is Elaine Douglass, WOL News-Talk Network. Our show is UFOs Saturday Night, and here in the studio with Keith Morgan and our topic is the Face on Mars. We have a new guest on the air with us, Donna Tietze. Donna, you are also with three sci entists who are on the air with us and that would be Stan McDaniel from California, Erol Torun from the east coast and Dan Drazon who's in Colorado. The reason that I asked Donna to come on the show, Donna is in Houston, Texas and kind enough to join us t onight to tell us some very interesting things she observed while working at NASA. Donna is an educator who is working on her Masters in Education. In the past, Donna, as I understand it, you held a position for fifteen years with a contractor at the NAS A Johnson Space Center in Houston. You were a photo technician?
Tietze: Correct!
Douglass: Donna welcome to UFOs Saturday Night. Tell me and tell everyone the incident that you recall as they say in the law court, did there come a time when you walked into a photo lab and someone told you something quite astounding? What happened that day?
Tietze: Yes, Elaine, that's true. During the Apollo mission I worked at NASA throughout those Apollo missions and I did leave NASA at the time the space shuttles began. I worked in building 8 in the photo lab. I had a secret clearance so I thought I could go anywhere in the building. And I did go into one area that was a restricted area. In this area, they developed pictures taken from satellites and also all of the missions, the Apollo missions, flight missions. I went in and I was talking to one of the photographers and developers and he was putting together a mosaic which is a lot of photos, smaller photos into a larger photo pattern. And while I was in there I was trying to learn new methods and new things about the whole organization and I was lookin g at the pictures and he directed my attention to one area. He said, "Look at that." I looked and there was a round oval shaped--well it was very white circular shape of a dot and I. . . . It was black-and-white photography, so I asked him if that was a s pot on the emulsion and he said, "Well I can't tell you but spots on the emulsion do not leave round circles of shadows."
Douglass: So there was a shadow on the ground?
Tietze: Right, a round shadow! And I noticed that there were pine trees. Now I don't know where this area was or what, you know--pretty close to the ground what I saw, but I didn't see outline of the continent. But I did notice that there was a shadow und er this white dot and I also noticed that the trees were casting the shadow in the same direction as this of the circle of this aerial phenomena because it was higher than the trees, but not too much higher than the trees, but was close to the ground and it was spherical but slightly elongated, not very much but slightly. I then said, "Is it a UFO?" And he said, "Well, I can't tell you." And then I asked him, "What are you going to do with this piece of information?" And he said, "Well, we have to airbrus h these things out before we sell these photographs to the public." So I realized at that point that there is a procedure setup to take care of this type of information from the public.
Douglass: Isn't that remarkable, gentlemen?
McDaniel: Elaine, I was unable to really hear very much of that.
Douglass: Oh, really?
McDaniel: I did catch "air brush it out."
Douglass: All right, Stan, can you hear this station break coming up?
McDaniel: Uh, sure.
Douglass: So alright, we are going into that. We'll be back in just a couple of minutes.
Douglass: Erol Torun, you are here?
Torun: I'm still here.
Douglass: alright fine, Stan, you said you could not hear the account that Donna gave?
McDaniel: Not very well.
Douglass: All right, Keith, would you like to recapitulate what Donna said? [Keith Morgan recapitulates to Stan McDaniel.]
McDaniel: Oh, I see. Thanks for that!
Douglass: So, Donna, that's approximately, essentially correct what you said, right?
Tietze: Right.
Douglass: Yes, well I . . . Stan, I think that's quite startling, don't you?
McDaniel: It speaks for itself.
Douglass: Yes, it certainly does. Now, Donna, there is another matter that you learned about when you were there at NASA. I believe this was through a third party, a person that you were spending some time with who was a fellow NASA employee?
Tietze: Right. In fact, after we talked, I thought about another incident with a guard that I would like to convey, too, that's very important. This man that I had dated was in quarantine with the astronauts when they had come back from the moon and I had talked to him about seeing this saucer [satellite photos] and asked him if he had heard anything about that and he told me that every astronaut, every moon trip had been followed by craft, by saucers, that every one of them, every astronaut that went to the moon. Now I don't know about other sites, but they all had seen it and all had been told to keep quiet about it, and they were threatened with jail and their whole retirement, everything taken away from them. They were also . . . this man told me that if I ever told that he said it, that he would deny it, that he would never admit that he told me all of that.
Douglass: Did you hear that, Stan?
McDaniel: No.
Douglass: All right, ah, go ahead, Keith, recapitulate. [ Keith repeats everything that Donna Tietze stated.]
McDaniel: Oh, yes. I see.
Douglass: Yes, and I believe that, Donna, you related to me, your friend came to believe that the UFOs were instrumental in getting Apollo 13 that was, ah, our disabled mission to the moon . . . was it 13?
Tietze: Right. Well he said that it shouldn't have come back . . . I mean, there was no, ah, they had help. And that was all he would say.
Douglass: All he would say?
Tietze: He said it was impossible for that craft to have gotten back home.
Douglass: Donna, you said that there was another matter that you wanted to relate to us.
Tietze: Yes, something that I didn't talk to you about earlier. When I had quit work--I had an office--I was doing illustration work at another office, in another part of town. And a man that had been a guard at NASA during the time that we are talking ab out now, he also was a guard at [static-inaudible]. He came into my office and he had a large gash scar on his forehead, and he told me that he was a guard at NASA and that he was burning a lot of photographs of UFOs. That was his job.
Douglass: Really?! [surprised]
Tietze: And he said he stopped to look at one too long and one of the other--I gathered it was some type of military man--hit him in the head with a gun butt and knocked him out.
Douglass: What? [shocked]
Tietze: Because he had looked at one of the photographs too long . . . he did describe the photograph to me which I tend to believe was an accurate photograph.
Douglass: Oh, my God!
Tietze: He explained that it was a craft on the ground, and it looked like it was like a regular saucer with like little bumps all over it, and he said it was like it was burnt. He said cows in the field all had their tails stuck straight up. At the time he said he didn't know when cattle were frightened, that their tails would stick straight up. And he described this to me and since then, I did describe it to someone that I thought might have looked at some of these photos, possibly and they did look kin d of frightened that I shouldn't know about that one.
Douglass: The second part of her account had to do with the stalking of our space missions by UFOs of our space missions to the moon and so on. She even said that they apparently helped in one case by bringing Apollo 13 back. That was the impression that she got and. . . .
Tietze: Yes, but they [aliens] also didn't want that craft to investigate the part of the moon that they were going to; so they may have caused some of it too, but it was supposed . . . we were told not to go but we ignored it. Now that's what I've heard. That's some of the stuff he was telling me.
Douglass: Did he say that, your direct contact?
Tietze: Yes!
Douglass: That the United States was told not to go to the moon?
Tietze: To that certain place on the back side of the moon.
Douglass: And did he know why we weren't supposed to go there?
Tietze: I guess they didn't want us to see something back there. I don't know. I don't know that part.
Those polled were asked the following: "Some Americans feel that flying saucers are real and that the federal government is hiding the truth about them from us. Do you think this is very likely, somewhat likely, or unlikely?
The poll found belief in a government cover-up varies considerably according to age. A slight majority of people who grew up in the television era said they believe in it, while a large majority of their parents' generation do not.
The Survey has a margin of error of 4% at a 95% confidence level.
First of all, can I say how sorry I am to hear of the death of Stan Hendler. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Stan, I had corresponded with him, and know, that like all involved in ORTK, he possessed a vision that if the world could unite on t he UFO issue, momentous opportunities would open before us.
I felt a need to write this open letter to ORTK USA. During the last few weeks, following ORTK Britain's March 20th demonstration at the MOD [Ministry of Defense], I have needed some time out to reassess things over here, and to assess my own position and involvement priorities.
I have in the back of my mind been unhappy with the heading "Alien Acknowledgment Campaign" and, after consultation with others, it has been decided as from now to drop the AAC heading from ORTK Britain. I believe that when I first conceived AAC, I was su ffering that same condition that appears to afflict much of the "UFO community"--that of separateness--doing one's own thing. I was aware of ORTK back then, but saw that as American, not as British.
AAC has always welcomed the ORTK attachment and we have been pleased to work, at times, together. I now feel that AAC is redundant and for many reasons want to dissolve any separateness. You may perhaps be wondering why I am putting such importance on thi s; it's only a title. I believe that it goes much deeper than this. ORTK needs to become much more than just an organization set against UFO secrecy. There exists no worldwide cohesion on UFO matters and it seems an impossibility, at least here in Britain , to bring UFO group to UFO group, Since separateness abounds, ORTK must become a force of cohesion the world over.
For this reason I have welcomed ORTK Britain's cooperation in the International Roswell Initiative. Having got to know Kent Jeffrey, I can tell he has a natural inclination to work worldwide on the UFO issue, and I feel ORTK should help towards this endea vor. As I feel ORTK should work with, and help galvanize, other international UFO projects, irrespective of whether such projects are ORTK-instigated--providing of course, they are deemed responsible and within ORTK protocols.
Our March 20, 1995 London demonstration was well attended (25), but we did not receive the media attention of last year's May 23rd demonstration. We had a very good time, all the same, and gave out over 1,000 handouts to the public. I am endeavoring to ge t involvement in the first week of July "week of action" and will keep you informed of progress and events. I tend to favor a UK national promotion of some kind, but realize that time is now short.
Thank you for the latest USA Forum. I would like to make one correction to the front cover, concerning the alleged Roswell (autopsy) film. When I spoke with the editor of the Circle Hunter (a friend of mine), I related things I had heard, no t proven facts--that part of the film showing the crash site with military personnel, lifting tackle, and President Truman is only speculation at this time, originating from Mr. Ray Santilli, the film's owner. No one, as far as I am aware, has actually se en this footage, apart from Santilli and perhaps his associates.
I attended the London showing of the autopsy segment on May 5th. I do not believe that the film is an authentic film of an autopsy of a being from the Roswell crash, but s I have stated in the Forum, I would love to be proven wrong.
I really hope ORTK can develop internationally. I shall do everything I can to promote the spirit of cohesion and cooperation, both in the UK and abroad. Let's hope for eventual success.

Psychologist's license revoked for UFO investigation
Dear Editor:
I am writing to let you know about vicious harassment I have recently experienced, in response to my high-profile work of interviewing and counseling persons who have experienced ET encounters, and my lectures and published writings on this subject. On Au gust 7, three armed men, flashing credentials from the Medical Board, came to my door and demanded my psychologist license, and presented me with an order from the Board of Psychology revoking my license. The circumstances surrounding this action are reve aling, as to who is behind this action and their motives.
Some time ago a recently retired career AF Major-lawyer assembled three former clients, and filed claims for malpractice insurance payoff. To increase pressure to pay his claims, he advised his clients to file complaints against me with the Board of Psych ology. Another career AF officer, Col. Bruce Ebert (Ret.), a longtime buddy of the Major, and President of the Board, pursued these complaints, even though in the meantime the ex-clients had abandoned their complaints, and had written letters to th e Board, stating that they had no further interest in pursuing their complaints. Another member of the Board was a career Army officer.
The Board initiated an "investigation," in which they never talked to me once. Then they conducted a year-and-a-half agency hearing, deliberately drawn out by the Board's attorney to financially devastate me. During this hearing my constitutional rights a nd due process were repeatedly ignored, despite my attorney's objections to what he characterized as a kangaroo court. Realize that the agency hearing is not an impartial court as commonly understood. The hearing officer had no authorization to consider c onstitutionality issues. The Board hired the hearing officer, and hired the prosecuting lawyer, even though the Board was the complainant! The Board used as an "expert witness" a psychologist who had never dealt with ET encounters, but is a current Army C olonel, in a unit which has its headquarters at the Pentagon. This Colonel told the Board that my belief in ET encounters could well be a sign of mental impairment. Finally, the Board ordered my license taken.
Although the abandoned complaints had alleged negligent practice and sexual misconduct, even the Board's own hearing officer had to admit that "the evidence did not establish sexual misconduct." Despite this, less than 30 minutes after the armed men took my license, the Board's executive officer faxed statewide press releases and gave press interviews making innuendoes of sexual misconduct. Another retired AF officer, who served at the same base as the Board President, quickly posted TV news transcripts o f the innuendoes and the license revocation all over the Internet.
As for the allegations of therapeutic negligence, the Board chose to accept the false statements of three people who had been suing for money, rather than that of a psychologist with a quarter-century unblemished record of caring for thousands of patients , none else of whom has ever had a complaint.
The Board's unjust actions have inflicted injury on my professional reputation, destroyed my private practice, ended a life-long counseling career, and caused great emotional suffering and financial catastrophe for my wife and family as well as myself. So far, justice has not been served.
Astute students of the UFO cover-up will recognize what is going on. Those engineering the cover-up resent, and have not been able to refute, the facts I have exposed about UFO reality, the ET presence, secret U.S. UFO manufacturing, the actual objective of the Star Wars program, and the forces behind the cover-up. Therefore, they have selected their chief alternative strategy: to smear and discredit this researcher, in the hope that no one will listen to me any longer.
Their deliberate smear, libel, and defamation campaign will fail. The truth about UFO/ET reality will continue to come out. And the meanness and injustice of the Board's decision will become apparent. And be assured, I will not be silenced. Nor will I res t until justice has been achieved. An appeal process has begun.
